Baptist Health Downtown Care Opens in August Offering Walk-In Or Express Appointment Convenience

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. –  A cross between an urgent care walk-in clinic and an appointment-based family physician’s office, the new Baptist Health Downtown Care clinic offers quick, convenient service especially for those who live and work in the downtown area.

It’s an all-new way to see a trusted physician where and when residents and professionals of the downtown area need it most. Offering walk-in and express appointment convenience, Baptist Health Downtown Care can be used as a person’s primary care physician’s office or only for urgent care matters like unexpected illnesses or minor injuries.

Dr. Adam Grant will be the primary care provider. Grant received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Des Moines University and completed his residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. Grant is trained in a more holistic approach to medicine, which means he considers a patient’s environment, nutrition and body system as a whole when diagnosing and treating medical conditions.

Baptist Health Downtown Care offers a variety of  comprehensive services for acute health needs such as lab work and X-rays, as well as primary care needs such as annual exams, preventative care and management of ongoing medical conditions. Located at 401 West Capitol Avenue, Suite 101B, in Little Rock, Baptist Health Downtown Care is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and can be reached by calling 501-374-2629.
