LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – This summer, the Baptist Health Healthy & Active Youth Program will again offer in-person sessions for free to youth, ages 11 to 17. Summer sessions are two-weeks long Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.
The first summer session will be from June 14 to June 25, and the second will be July 12 to July 23. Each meeting is held at the newly relocated Baptist Health Weight & Nutrition Center, 10915 N. Rodney Parham Road, Suite G, in Little Rock.
Baptist Health’s Healthy & Active Youth Program incorporates all elements of health, including nutrition and physical activity. Each session has fun and interactive healthy living exercises for youth that can be incorporated for the whole family.

Participants will receive a fitness tracker, T-shirt, weekly prizes for participation and more.
