MALVERN, Ark. – Now offering services in Malvern, Baptist Health Weight & Nutrition Center applies a comprehensive approach to helping residents achieve a healthy lifestyle transformation.
The weight loss program at Baptist Health Weight & Nutrition Center offers plans that are easy to follow and individualized to a person’s unique needs. The center is located at 1002 Schneider Drive, Suite 102, on the campus of Baptist Health Medical Center-Hot Spring County.
Whether a person’s goal is to lose weight, improve their current health or manage a chronic health condition or food allergy, the program can be their guide to good health.
After attending a free in-person or hybrid virtual consultation, participants will be provided with the most suitable option for their individual needs – either intensive weekly sessions, hybrid virtual sessions or a one-time metabolism testing session.
Baptist Health Weight & Nutrition Center’s individualized programs consist of three phases based on a person’s metabolic profile: weight loss, evolution and maintenance.
For those on the weekly track, the staff of clinical dietitians and certified exercise staff monitors progress each week to help the participant manage their weight long term. Participants also learn how to make healthy food selections and practice portion control based on calories, macronutrients and allergies.
