LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – This summer, Baptist Health will host a number of BHealthy Farmers Markets throughout central Arkansas, encouraging Arkansans to eat healthier by providing a convenient and fun place to purchase fresh produce.
This summer’s farmers market schedule is as follows:
- The Promenade at Chenal, Little Rock: Friday, June 14, from 4 to 7 p.m.; Friday, July 12, from 4 to 7 p.m.
- Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock: Tuesdays from June 18-Aug. 6; 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the ground floor of the parking deck
- Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway: Wednesdays from June 19-Aug. 7; 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. behind the hospital
- Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock: Thursdays from June 20-Aug. 8 (no market July 4); 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. near the Rehabilitation Institute and Women’s Center entrance on the west side of hospital
The farmers markets promote healthy eating habits through activities like cooking demonstrations, tips, contests and giveaways.
