LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Baptist Health and Practice Plus recently made changes to their leadership teams.
Callie Parks has joined Practice Plus and Baptist Health as associate vice president of ambulatory innovation. Parks will oversee ambulatory projects with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, have some operational oversight of a number of clinics in central and western Arkansas, collaborate on productivity measures with human resources and participate in innovative practice ideas or startups.
Prior to her new role, Parks previously served as an administrative fellow at Baptist Health in the health care system’s Corporate Office.
Parks received a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Central Arkansas and Master of Health Administration at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and American College of Healthcare Executives.
John Neumeier has been promoted to associate vice president of credentialing, managed care, professional network and practice acquisitions at Practice Plus. He has 35 years of experience in public accounting and financial management, and has been with Baptist Health and Practice Plus for nearly 25 years.
Neumeier, a Certified Public Accountant, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University. He previously served as chief financial officer of Arkansas Physician Management Inc., director of business and finance at MorTech Incorporated and controller for Snider Communications Corporation before joining Practice Plus.
