I have served in my hometown of Vilonia on the School Board for the past 3 years, and as the President of the School Board for 2 years. I enjoy participating in school leadership, administration, and shaping the policies of the school district. I have also served in my church as the Education Director for the past 19 years. I volunteer twice a month in Maumelle at the Center on the Lake doing presentations on healthcare topics and providing free Physical Therapy Assessments to their members that need assistance. I also enjoy giving presentations for church groups and community organizations.
I became interested in Physical Therapy in high school after having three meniscus surgeries on my knees. I learned early how Physical Therapists help patients achieve their individual goals. I have used those experiences to continue to keep my focus on our patient’s personal goals. I enjoy helping patients return to work, recreational activities, and their functional needs. I value personal relationships and treating others as I would like to be treated. I have been with Baptist Health for 14 years, and I have been in the Maumelle facility for 7 years where I currently serve as the Clinic Manager. I have been married to my wife, Brittany, for 20 years, and we have two amazing daughters, Lindsey (12) and Abby (8).

In 2018, my wife and I were blessed with our daughter, Olive, who is my life’s greatest joy. I enjoy volunteering at the Maumelle Center on the Lake doing presentations and Physical Therapy Assessments for their members. In my free time, I enjoy playing harmonica, woodworking, and DIY construction projects.
I began my career as a Floater for Baptist Health in 2011. I stayed in my role as a Floater for 5 years and was able to perform Physical Therapy in a variety of inpatient and outpatient locations across the state. In 2016, I transitioned to a staff therapist position in Maumelle where I have had the opportunity to serve patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.

I am married to Kyle Schnebelen of North Little Rock, and I have a host of brothers and sisters in the medical field including a hospital CEO, a pediatrician, a registered nurse, and a sonographer. I enjoy calligraphy and other creative art projects as well as gardening and especially the care of beautiful flowers around my home. I have lived in the Marche area of North Little Rock for the past 4 years.
I have always been fascinated with the human body and muscle systems, and I decided to go into physical therapy after completing a degree in biology. I started my Physical Therapy journey 10 years ago at the University of Central Arkansas before graduating in August of 2013. With experience in all forms of Physical Therapy from Pediatrics to Geriatrics, Spine Rehab, and Outpatient Therapy, I have the experience and knowledge to help you recover from any situation. With interests in Dry Needling and other advancements in the trade, I continue to hone my craft to represent Baptist as the best of the best in Arkansas. I am curious by nature and love to keep up with the latest techniques in physical therapy through various podcasts, blogs, and social media platforms.

I have worked with Baptist Health for 24 years, and I’ve been in the Maumelle clinic for 17 years. I especially enjoy developing personal relationships while helping the patients achieve their functional goals. My husband, Robert, of 40 years, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding motorcycles, and spending time with family and friends.
My interest in the profession of Occupational Therapy developed over a period of years working in the Department of Occupational Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas. With verbal encouragement, all I needed to hear was “you would make a great OT,” and I immediately became committed to my third chosen career path.
