BAPTIST HEALTH Medical Center - North Little Rock is backed by the resources of BAPTIST HEALTH, the state's largest private, not-for-profit healthcare network.
Your Comprehensive Educational Resource
Throughout your pregnancy and afterward, BAPTIST HEALTH Medical
Center - North Little Rock has classes, videotape lessons and even
our own Patient Channel, which broadcasts programming throughout
the hospital on parenting and personal care.
Professional nurses will instruct you on infant care topics like bathing techniques, circumcision care, feeding, taking temperatures and other safety and comfort measures.
In addition to issues related to childbearing, our center also
provides educational resources on issues of interest to women throughout
their lifetime. For example, information on emotional issues, premenstrual
syndrome and osteoporosis is provided. We regularly schedule classes
and conferences on these and other topics.
