The Women's Resource Center at BAPTIST HEALTH Medical Center - Little Rock is just that – a place created especially for women, staffed entirely by women, offering healthcare products to women.

Breastfeeding Support Program
When it comes to your baby, you want only the best. Breastfeeding with all its benefits may be the best choice for you and your baby. Our Lactation Consultants are available to provide one-on-one education, assistance and support to make breastfeeding a naturally, joyful experience. Our Lacatation Consultants teach a breastfeeding class each month.

We offer a complete line of products designed to make breasfeeding easier. Medela breastpumps for rent and purchase, nursing bras by Medela, Bravado and Melinda G., and infant carriers by Moby wrap and Over the Shoulder Baby Holder. We carry several types of nursing pads, including the new Lilly Pad reusable nursing pad and a full line of accessories for storing pumped breast milk. Breast care and appropriate support products are essential to ensuring comfort for you and your baby. At the center, we offer a complete line of breastfeeding accessories including bras, breastpumps, breastfeeding products, maternity support belts.

Baby Weight Station
BAPTIST HEALTH Expressly for You, a retail business with everything for the nursing mother is located in the Women's Resource Center. A Registered Nurse certified in lactation consultation is available by appointment to assist new mothers with breastfeeding questions. Breast pump rental and breastfeeding products are available. Weight gain is often a concern to breastfeeding mothers. We provide, free of charge, a baby weigh station to weigh your breastfed baby. Positive Appearance Center
Our positive appearance center is a private area designed to help individuals manage the physical appearance changes brought about by cancer and its treatment. Consultants are available, to provide information and assistance with personal appearance concerns. This private environment is a place where women can shop with dignity and purchase hats, wigs and turbans that help women undergoing cancer treatment feel better, look better and live better. Look Good Feel Better Program
We offer the Look Good, Feel Better Program through a partnership with the American Cancer Society. This program uses specially trained, licensed cosmetologist to help women cope with the side effects of cancer treatment. Women learn to use make up, hats and wigs to disguise the physical evidence of cancer treatments, and become more self-confident in the process. This program is free of charge. Breast Cancer Support Group
The Bosom Buddies support group, in partnership with the American Cancer Society, meets the second Thursday of each month from 5:30-700 p.m. in the Women's Resource Center. This informal/casual group setting allows women with breast cancer to share experiences. For more information, call (501) 202-7386.
